Dear Sir、Dear Madam、Dear Sir/Madam
Dear Mr Smith、Dear Mrs Brown、Dear Miss Jones、Dear Ms Todd
在親屬、親友的信中常看到「My dear」、「My dearest」、「My darling」這樣的稱呼語。
「Your truly」、「Sincerely(yours)」、「Very truly yours」
「All my love」或「Yours fraternally」現已不用了。

1、Thank you for your kind cooperation.
2、Thank you for your attention to this matter.
3、Thank you for your understanding.
4、Thank you for your consideration.
5、Thank you again for everything you've done.
Dear Megan
My dear father
如Dear Prof. Tim Scales,Dear Dr.John Smith。
Dear Sir, Dear Madam

To whom it may concern,.
Faithfully.
Dear _________,

·
Best/ Best Regards/ Best Regards/ Best Wishes/,
_______________

that.

1、Dear Sir or Madam,
2、To whom it may concern:
Hi everyone, (適合工作場合)

I am writing to inform you that.
Dear Lily(直接寫對方名字),
long tine no see!How 's everything? We will have a party.I wonder if you want to join us.
How are you?
How have you been?
I hope everything is fine with you.
Hope you enjoy your day.
Here I am again.
It's me again.
郵件比較頻繁的話,直接說Good morning/afternoon就ok了.
